Using Capita InSight to improve housing solutions at North Devon Council

North Devon Council needed a simple, reliable way to analyse and report on housing options case management, homelessness prevention and temporary accommodation data. Working with Capita One, the council looked for a solution that would suit a smaller strategic service while also offering room to grow, and chose Capita InSight.

Capita One implemented Capita InSight to bring together data from multiple sources, automate reporting, and give staff better visibility of workload and performance. The result was faster, more efficient reporting: the weekly workload report is now automated, cases can be allocated two to three times faster, and the quarterly P1E homelessness return takes around half the time to complete. North Devon Council also gained stronger evidence to support funding bids and improved decision making across the service.
