A Capita One Case Study
West Berkshire Council needed a better way to get the full picture of young people’s circumstances, including information from schools and other council services, so they could identify issues earlier and improve outcomes. They worked with Capita One and its Integrated Youth Support Services solution (IYSS) to bring together live data in one place.
Capita One implemented IYSS to support statutory returns, share real-time attendance and support information, and improve multi-agency working across teams. As a result, West Berkshire Council can spot when a young person is struggling much sooner, respond within a week in some cases, and target support more effectively to help secure more positive outcomes.
