A Capita One Case Study
Oxfordshire County Council wanted to move toward “digital by default” and provide citizens with secure, simple ways to pay for council services such as parking and registrars across phone, face-to-face, and online channels. The Council selected Capita One’s Pay360 payments service to support these requirements, with a particular focus on seamless integration and card security.
Capita One implemented Pay360 so payments update the Council’s income management system in real time, while also enabling secure card storage for repeat use and recurring payments. For phone payments, Capita One’s CallSecure solution keeps staff from seeing or hearing card details, helping the Council protect cardholder data and improve the customer experience. The project went live in February 2018, and the Pay360 bid was rated highest for both quality and price.
