Paragon Community Housing Group, which includes Elmbridge Housing Trust and Richmond upon Thames Churches Housing Trust, needed to automate the posting of rental income to finance systems and reduce the heavy manual effort and errors involved in processing payments. The group, which manages more than 8,000 properties across Surrey and south west London, turned to Capita One’s AIM income management product to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Capita One implemented AIM along with project management, installation, and configuration services to centralize and automate income processing. The result was the elimination of over 200 manual processes, a reduction in payment processing time from three days to one, and a cut in IT formatting work by 15 staff hours per week, with only two staff now needed to interact with the system. Capita One also enabled flexible file handling, better reporting, and improved accuracy and reconciliation, delivering an immediate payback and greater customer satisfaction.
