Capita One implemented One Admissions & Transfers Online, allowing parents to apply anytime, save and edit applications, and receive instant confirmation by email. The system automatically matched child data and supported appeal records, while Devon County Council achieved major online adoption growth: 18% in the first year, 85% in 2009, and 92% in 2010, with most families receiving decisions by 9am on announcement day.
