Richmond Fellowship, one of England’s largest voluntary-sector providers of mental health services, needed a way to streamline multiple databases and manage client records more effectively without disrupting frontline support. It turned to Capita One for Capita Support, now called Advantage Impact, to create a more flexible, integrated system that could support staff working across different locations.

Capita One implemented a cloud-based solution and delivered bespoke training across four locations to help more than 600 staff adopt the new system quickly. The result was faster access to information, easier referrals, better tracking of recovery journeys, simpler reporting, and less repeated data collection from clients, helping Richmond Fellowship spend more time focused on care.
