**Capita One** implemented a suite of **AXIS** payment services, including **AXIS Internet Payments**, the **AXIS Payment Portal**, **AXIS Touch Tone**, and **AXIS Paye.net** for face-to-face and MOTO payments. The result was 24/7 payment access for citizens, smoother integration with council systems, stronger security, and tangible efficiency gains by freeing staff time; self-service channels now account for around **10% of all council payments** and a slightly higher share of Council Tax payments.
