Capita One implemented a secure, shared system that allowed authorised staff across departments to access and update information in real time, helping the council spot issues earlier and plan more effectively for future demand. The results included a 56% reduction in data sources in one year, less paperwork for staff, faster alerts when children’s circumstances changed, and more seamless support for families.
