Newell Brands partnered with Capacity and its AI-powered support automation platform to help scale support.
Capacity integrated Newell Brands’ knowledge base with MS SharePoint and other key apps, then deployed a web concierge on the Newell Central intranet so employees could get 24/7 answers to HR and general questions from a single platform. The result was faster access to information, improved productivity, and more time for the HR team to focus on strategic priorities like compliance, corporate social responsibility, and overall strategy. Capacity also supported secure access with OAuth-based permissions, encryption, and GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 compliance.
