Gorgias, an all-in-one customer service platform for ecommerce brands, wanted to improve activation of app integrations during onboarding, especially for scaled customers without a dedicated CSM. Before using Candu, Gorgias relied on AppCues and email, but those channels were not always cohesive or timely enough to drive the right user actions.
Using Candu, Gorgias launched a personalized in-app homepage for scaled users, with Segment-powered targeting to show the most relevant integration and getting-started prompts based on each customer’s setup. The result was a 17% increase in integration activations, a 47% increase in accounts with improved health scores, and a 21% increase in visits to the Analytics page.
