Guillaume launched an in-app Referral page to drive new user acquisition

Gorgias, an all-in-one customer service platform, wanted to promote its referral program and drive new user acquisition without creating an invasive or distracting experience for its users. To do this, the Growth Marketing team worked with Candu and used its in-app personalization capabilities to build a referral experience directly inside the product.

Candu helped Gorgias launch a subtle “Refer & Earn” prompt on the homepage that linked to an in-product landing page with program details, FAQs, and two calls to action for submitting referrals. Using Variables, Gorgias personalized the page with a custom welcome message and unique referral links for each customer to support tracking, improve access to the program, and complement other campaign efforts.
