Lenovo AP ran its annual Top Gun internal training for top executives and needed a platform that supported custom branding and engaging experiences for over 3,000 attendees. The brief required assigning attendees into multiple attendee types that determine mandatory sessions, supporting roughly 180 simultaneous sessions across three days with pop-up polls and analytics, and tracking activity against a checklist and leaderboard to award badges—so Lenovo turned to Canapii.
Canapii delivered its platform using attendee types and the “Target attendees” function to curate session visibility, simulive sessions to run 188 sessions on schedule without moderation, and gamification to assign points and feed a bespoke visual checklist on each attendee profile; iFrame games and custom branding were also added. The result: a well-received event with 3,100+ attendees, 111 speakers, 188 sessions and 133 quick polls, clearer progress tracking and navigation for participants, and a third-place finish in Campaign Asia’s Best Corporate Award—highlighting Canapii’s impact.
