Swisscom, Switzerland’s leading telecom provider, needed to automate a cost-sensitive, national-scale rollout of its next-generation TITAN network, involving more than 10,000 nodes and a mix of long-running, manual, and system-integrated tasks. To manage the complexity and keep business and technical teams aligned, Swisscom chose Camunda Platform to orchestrate its end-to-end network deployment process.

Using Camunda’s self-hosted platform and BPMN modeling, Swisscom built a flexible automation layer that coordinates device bootstrapping, provisioning, troubleshooting, and incident resolution across multiple systems. With Camunda, the team achieved about 10x productivity, shortened development cycles, improved collaboration, and created a modular, reusable architecture that can be applied across other Swisscom programs.
