Skyline Eco-Adventures, the U.S.’s first zipline company, needed a better way to track marketing attribution and connect offline phone reservations to booked revenue across multiple offices. The company was using CallTrackingMetrics to understand which channels were driving calls and reservations, while replacing an outdated reservation-center phone system with a more modern all-in-one solution.

CallTrackingMetrics implemented call tracking in Skyline Eco-Adventures’ reservation center, along with tracking numbers for campaigns, call scoring, revenue entry in the call log, and its Softphone system. This gave Skyline Eco-Adventures call-by-call revenue attribution, better visibility into agent performance and campaign conversion rates, and the ability to optimize marketing spend; the company reported using the full CTM platform successfully since early 2016.
