Stress Free Health Options (SFHO) is a private healthcare marketplace that connects Medicare recipients to clear, affordable insurance products and earned a spot on Fintech Global’s InsurTech 100. SFHO faced a tangled, homegrown communications stack (DID numbers, SIP trunks) and needed real‑time marketing intelligence plus a simpler, more robust system to support remote, call‑driven agents. CallRail Call Tracking — later expanded with Lead Center and Conversation Intelligence — addressed those needs.
CallRail implemented Call Tracking for weekly ad optimization, then replaced SFHO’s phone system with Lead Center (single inbox for calls, texts, chats; round‑robin routing; auto lead forms after three minutes) and added Conversation Intelligence to transcribe calls and surface key terms. The result: Lead Center outperformed the old setup, enabled seamless handoffs across a long sales process, and improved conversion outcomes — calls with insurance agents lasting 10+ minutes convert at 80–90% — while allowing SFHO to reallocate ad spend weekly and scale into a second business, Claro Seguro Medico, with fewer agents.
