Lawyer Connection, a Toronto-based legal referral service, faced the common challenge in legal marketing of reliably tracking and optimizing phone-driven leads: the basic call tracking that came with their webhost was insufficient for the complex, multi-touch buyer journeys of legal clients. To gain granular visibility and local-number functionality, they turned to CallRail and its advanced call tracking tools, including LeadCenter.
CallRail provided local phone numbers, detailed source and channel reporting, LeadCenter for matching inbound calls to prior touchpoints and branded outbound caller IDs, and customizable call routing/flows. As a result, Lawyer Connection more than doubled inbound call volume — receiving over 7,000 inbound callers in 2016 (just under 600/month) — and used CallRail’s analytics to optimize ad spend, improve ROI, and centrally manage client campaigns.
