How RevUnit Uses CallRail

RevUnit, a digital product agency that builds enterprise mobile and web apps, turned to CallRail after its client School of Rock experienced inconsistent call tracking on Google Ads PPC. RevUnit has used CallRail for about a year and a half to gain accurate channel-level call tracking and detailed call attributes to better understand and attribute inbound calls.

RevUnit implemented CallRail features including dynamic number insertion, company sub-accounts, lead scoring, and Copilot to split call tracking by individual schools so each location has its own account. CallRail’s solution created transparency at School of Rock, increased confidence in analytics and reporting, and led RevUnit to recommend CallRail for most Ads engagements due to the accuracy and clarity of the call data.
