CustomerBloom Proves ROI with Customized Dashboards & CallRail

CustomerBloom, a digital marketing agency specializing in website design, SEO, PPC and reputation management, faced a growing reporting challenge as its client roster expanded: consolidating meaningful, real-time metrics into simple client-facing dashboards. They relied on Geckoboard for mobile reporting but needed call tracking and recordings from CallRail to be included — something Geckoboard didn’t integrate with out of the box.

Using CallRail’s call-tracking and open API, CustomerBloom built a custom WordPress plugin to push JSON call data into Geckoboard custom bullet-graph widgets, showing total calls, color-coded performance zones (e.g., red/orange/green thresholds), percent change vs. prior periods, and source-level breakdowns (SEO vs. PPC). The CallRail-enabled solution gave clients instant mobile visibility into leads (for example, dashboards showing 38 calls in 30 days and percentage comparators), reduced reporting overhead, and eliminated “Where’s my report?” by putting clear call-conversion metrics directly in clients’ pockets.
