Baker Labs Integrates CallRail and HubSpot for 2x’s the Lead Generation

Baker Labs, an inbound marketing agency in Knoxville that serves healthcare and medical practices, needed better phone-call attribution and insight into the words and pages driving inbound calls. After evaluating options, Baker Labs chose CallRail for call tracking because of its price and ease of use, but initially lacked a native integration with their CRM, HubSpot, relying on a less-than-perfect Zapier workaround.

CallRail released a direct HubSpot integration that streams call data into HubSpot reporting and contact timelines, letting Baker Labs see when in the buying cycle calls occur and which pages callers were on. With CallRail’s integration in place, Baker Labs gained deeper attribution and reporting and achieved up to 2x the lead generation for clients by capturing the full picture of lead activity.
