Atlas Van Lines, one of the largest household movers in the U.S., needed to know how many and which search engine marketing (SEM) efforts were driving phone leads. Although SEM clearly generated calls, Atlas lacked the data tying keywords and queries to those calls, so they turned to CallRail’s call tracking, call recording, and Google Analytics integration to capture and analyze call-driven leads.
CallRail implemented call tracking linked to Atlas’s lead-generation campaigns and passed call data into Google Analytics while enabling call recordings for quality checks. With CallRail, Atlas identified that 50% of their leads come from phone calls, used those insights to refine SEM ad copy, and grew their SEM-driven sales opportunities and marketing visibility.
