Leading QA Certification Firm, a UK‑headquartered ISO certification and training provider operating in 120+ countries, wanted to capture growing demand for ISO certification among SMEs in Indonesia and Malaysia. To accelerate direct outreach and generate qualified meetings, the firm engaged Callbox and its multi-channel appointment setting package (phone‑based appointment setting plus email marketing).
Callbox ran a 3‑month (66‑day) integrated phone and email campaign—preparing prospect lists, scripts and templates, qualifying prospects, and managing email follow‑ups. The campaign reached 520 decision‑makers and delivered 71 qualified appointments, 145 follow‑ups and 187 information requests; email delivery reached 98.6% with opens up to 8.54% and replies up to 3.81%. Appointments rose from 17 in month one to 31 and 23 in months two and three, and Callbox’s results could potentially convert those 71 appointments into about nine new customers within 6–12 months.
