Leading Global Facilities Management Company, an Australia-based provider of integrated facilities services with corporate HQs in Saginaw and Chicago, faced a persistent shortfall in sales leads from its occasional email and inbound efforts. Seeking a more consistent pipeline, the company outsourced a targeted cold-calling telemarketing effort for the first time and selected Callbox to run the campaign.
Callbox deployed a targeted telemarketing program (backed by an initial email blast and manual profiling) focused on commercial, warehouse and industrial facilities of at least 30,000 m2 within 60 km of the CBDs of Dandenong, Melbourne and Elizabeth. After a one-month pilot Callbox delivered 3 qualified leads and a subsequent three-month campaign produced 17 more (20 total), prompting the customer to re-contract, endorse Callbox to its US parent, and hire an additional salesperson to handle the new opportunities.
