Global Media Company, a US‑headquartered global media firm with operations in Singapore, engaged Callbox to improve the accuracy of its customer market data and to profile and survey its existing customer base across Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and India. The client’s challenge was to cleanse and verify contact records against a strict internal process and then run targeted surveys and white‑paper campaigns to generate actionable leads.
Callbox executed three campaigns — two rounds of data profiling with structured phone and online verification and a third campaign delivering surveys and white‑paper downloads across four technology segments. Callbox achieved measurable results: first profiling 724 of 800 contacts (91%) and second profiling 619 of 800 (77%), and generated 154 survey leads from 5,853 contacts and 1,082 white‑paper leads from 22,555 contacts.
