Largest Pump Manufacturing Company, a global pump maker producing more than 16 million units annually, needed to move closer to customers in the Asia-Pacific region and quickly gather market intelligence. Facing a requirement for at least 1,500 completed telephone surveys in 25 business days—beyond its in-house calling capacity—the company outsourced the project to Callbox and requested use of the Confirmit CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system.
