Callbox Seamlessly Pivots Campaign as HR Software Firm Rebrands

The UK-based HR Software Company’s Asia‑Pacific arm underwent a major strategic pivot and rebrand while launching an enhanced talent‑acquisition suite and aiming to grow in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Needing to quickly boost awareness and generate qualified opportunities across APAC, the company engaged Callbox to run a targeted marketing program (originally event marketing) to profile regional accounts and set sales appointments.

Callbox implemented a two‑part APAC campaign—shifting the event plan to a fast database profiling phase using Callbox’s in‑house database and desk research, then moving into appointment setting—without delaying the campaign. Within eight weeks Callbox profiled 565 contacts, identified 147 potential accounts and delivered 12 qualified appointments, accelerating the client’s expansion into Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
