Leading Worldwide Talent Management Firm, a San Francisco Bay Area–headquartered provider of talent solutions, needed to drive attendance to its 2007 World conference by inviting customers and prospects drawn from its in‑house database. The company sought a partner to update and manage millions of contacts and collect accurate names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and zip codes. Callbox was engaged to provide database cleanup, list management and a call‑to‑invite campaign, supported by its PipelineCRM system.
Callbox cleaned and enhanced the client’s database (deduplication, normalization, phone verification), managed targeted email sends, and ran a follow‑up telephone campaign with agents logging activities in PipelineCRM and making hundreds of calls daily to qualify attendees. As a result, the client exceeded its target attendance, was freed from purging/updating/mailing tasks, renewed Callbox’s contract multiple times, and gained improved database capabilities for future direct‑marketing efforts.
