The Largest Privately-Managed Insurance Broking Company, based in Singapore, needed to increase the volume and value of sales by targeting sales-ready prospects (initially S$20M companies) but lacked commercially available data. After being impressed with Callbox’s telemarketing capability, the customer signed a three-month Appointment Setting and Database Profiling campaign to build a well-profiled prospect database and market its Corporate Risk and Employee Benefit programs.
Callbox deployed a two-phase telemarketing program—Database Profiling and Appointment Setting—calling HR and Finance managers to identify renewal-ready companies, qualify appointments to the client’s criteria, and profile longer-term prospects. Callbox delivered 19 qualified leads and 897 profiled records in month one (one agent reached a 30% contact rate), then 26 highly qualified leads and 1,698 records after tightening qualification; by month three Callbox had profiled 12,749 records and delivered 186 highly qualified sales leads, prompting the client to expand and renew the campaign.
