Leading HR Consulting Firm, a Singapore-based provider of intercultural management courses, faced growing competition and needed to protect and expand its market share through targeted outbound outreach. Lacking in-house outbound experience, the firm engaged Callbox to run an appointment-setting campaign to identify the right prospects, qualify and book sales meetings, and gather marketing intelligence across Singapore (excluding consulting and training firms).
Callbox implemented a multi-channel appointment setting program—starting with data profiling and an approved contact list, followed by targeted calls and email touchpoints—where agents qualified prospects and booked face-to-face meetings. Over a 104-day campaign Callbox delivered 51 qualified appointments (14 in month 1, 15 in month 2, 22 in month 3); the client expects proposals from ~80% of those and a 15–30% close rate, potentially adding about 12 deals (an ~8% increase in its customer base).
