WiTech (Women in Technology), founded at age 15 by Audrey Pe in Manila, Philippines, is a nonprofit that educates, inspires, and empowers young women to break gender stereotypes and pursue tech careers. To showcase role models and organize interviews, mentorships, and global programming, the team faced logistical challenges—especially scheduling international calls and coordinating across time zones.

WiTech uses Calendly to automate scheduling and convert time zones, eliminating back-and-forth and missed meetings. The tool streamlined interviews and event planning, enabling WiTech to expand into new chapters and run programs like WiTCon while the team focuses on amplifying women’s voices and building networks for gender equality in tech.
