Fewer admin distractions, double the demos for Virtru’s sales team

Virtru, a provider of encryption software, was generating strong inbound interest but its sales reps were bogged down by repetitive scheduling and follow-up tasks. As a result, hot leads could go cold while prospects waited for demo meetings to be arranged.

Virtru implemented Calendly on its website with a “Request a demo” button that let visitors self-schedule appointments and automatically routed meetings to the right rep. With Calendly, Virtru increased the share of leads scheduling a call from 30% to 61% in the first month, while freeing sales reps to focus more on demos, follow-up, and closing deals.
