LSU Health Shreveport, an academic medical center with more than 4,000 faculty, staff, students, residents, and fellows, struggled to offer accessible wellness options for people with demanding schedules. Prior to partnering with Burnalong, wellness resources were limited to a weight room and a discounted gym, so LSU Health Shreveport needed a flexible, on‑demand health and wellness solution that fit busy academic timetables.

Burnalong delivered an on‑demand platform of fitness, emotional support, nutrition and specialty classes, plus live virtual events, a private community and custom marketing (welcome flyers, QR postcards, a custom landing page) supported by a Customer Success Manager. After seven months Burnalong users completed 4,400+ minutes across 700+ live and on‑demand classes, with 32% of faculty, staff, students and residents enrolled, nearly 100 family sub‑accounts added, and strong usage in emotional support (34% meditation/mindfulness, 19% stress management) and specialty categories.
