Leading Health and Wellbeing Service Provider faced the common challenge that traditional wellness programs mainly attract younger, already-active employees and fail to reach at-risk populations. To address this, they partnered with Burnalong and offered Burnalong’s virtual wellbeing platform to employees, aiming to engage older and chronically ill members of their population.

Burnalong delivered a holistic, inclusive program—AI-tailored recommendations, diverse non-fitness and specialty classes, social communities, monthly events, marketing support, incentives, and inclusive challenges—and an independent cohort study found strong results: platform users skewed 50–59 in age, 65% had chronic conditions versus 40% in the broader population, cohort members showed 108% more engagement with emotional support classes and 45% more specialty-class participation, 71% self-identified as beginners, and Burnalong reports roughly 5x the engagement of traditional solutions.
