SWICA, a leading health and accident insurance company in Switzerland, faced the challenge of a fragmented system landscape that hindered comprehensive customer care. To achieve a seamless 360-degree customer view across all touchpoints, they partnered with vendor BSI Business Systems Integration AG and chose to implement the industry-specific solution BSI CRM for insurance companies.

BSI Business Systems Integration AG implemented its flexible and configurable BSI CRM solution to replace SWICA's disconnected systems. The project was rolled out in two phases, with the first enabling all 1,600 employees to manage existing customers by summer 2016, and the second phase for leads and new customers by summer 2017. The solution provided a unified platform for contact, task, and complaint management, which was highly valued for its seamless process integration with SWICA's core insurance system.
