The customer, Deutsche Bahn, through its subsidiaries DB Systel and Deutsche Bahn Connect GmbH, required optimized sales, order, and fleet management solutions to improve customer interactions and process efficiency. Vendor BSI Business Systems Integration AG addressed these challenges with its BSI CRM platform and a custom software solution called FLEETperfect.

BSI implemented a standardized CRM system for sales and contract management, followed by the development of the comprehensive FLEETperfect software. This solution streamlined processes from vehicle configuration and ordering to contract management and invoicing, integrating with over 80 partner systems like SAP. The project was completed on time and to a high quality, supporting 300 sales users. The results included improved efficiency, error reduction, and the ability to better serve business customers through a powerful self-service portal.
