RheinLand Insurance Group, a family-owned insurer, needed to modernize its sales operations by integrating its separate broker and agency support systems into a single, digital platform. To achieve a 360-degree customer view and support future growth, the company partnered with vendor BSI Business Systems Integration AG and selected its BSI Insurance CRM product to replace their outdated systems.

BSI Business Systems Integration AG implemented its solution in a phased approach, first replacing a Lotus Notes system for broker support and then rolling it out to the exclusivity organization. The solution combined broker management, an agency system, and plans for a future self-service portal into one holistic platform from a single source. This provided over 500 users with proactive support and a comprehensive customer view, meeting the vast majority of the insurer's requirements.
