PwC - Customer Case Study

The customer, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a global provider of auditing and consulting services, needed to better understand the complex relationships within the Swiss economy to transform satisfied clients into loyal ones. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor BSI Business Systems Integration AG and implemented their BSI CRM solution as part of PwC's "Client First" initiative.

BSI implemented a comprehensive CRM system that provided a detailed view of corporate groups and relationship networks, along with tools for data quality management, opportunity management, and targeted marketing campaigns. The solution was highly integrated with existing systems like Lotus Notes and SAP HR. As a result of BSI's work, PwC was able to roll out the system to approximately 2,500 users with minimal training, requiring just half a day of basic classroom instruction per user.
