Globus, an upscale Swiss department store, sought to strengthen its customer loyalty program and achieve comprehensive lifecycle management. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor BSI Business Systems Integration AG to implement BSI CRM, aiming to gain a holistic customer view and expand individual services across its operations.

BSI implemented its CRM solution to provide a 360-degree customer view at all touchpoints, from the point of sale and contact center to the online shop. The solution enabled cross-channel customer care and personalized services. As a result, Globus substantially optimized its costs, receiving greater functionality and better service for a similar cost, while also replacing several old platforms with a single system operated by BSI.
