Concordia Insurance, a mutual insurance association with over 2.6 million contracts, was seeking to replace its in-house developed agency system. The company needed a future-oriented CRM solution that was established in the insurance industry to provide a 360° customer view and enhance the quality of its personal consulting.
BSI Business Systems Integration AG implemented its BSI CRM Indigo solution. The standard software required little customization and enabled a quick implementation, which was scheduled to go live after just 15 months. The solution provided Concordia’s 1,200 users with a 360° customer view, integrated existing applications, and was expected to significantly reduce the operating expense for the agency system.
