Barmenia Versicherungen, one of Germany’s independent insurance groups, wanted to modernize talent recruitment and improve interaction in hybrid events while standardizing HR processes across locations. The company turned to BSI Business Systems Integration AG and its Sales Recruitment Management (SRM) solution, along with BSI’s Event Interaction tool, to support these goals.

BSI Business Systems Integration AG implemented SRM to bring more transparency, standardization, and data security to recruiting, while automating administrative work so HR could focus on candidate communication and contracts. Barmenia also used BSI Event Interaction for its annual sales kick-off event with around 500 participants, adding live surveys, networking matching, applause meters, and personalized landing pages to boost engagement.
