DocuSign, a global provider of electronic signature and digital transaction services, was rapidly expanding and needed a scalable, easy-to-manage access control and video solution to secure more than 200 doors across sites in the US, Brazil, Ireland, the UK, France and Australia. To support quick deployments and centralized management, DocuSign selected Brivo’s cloud-based access control and video surveillance platform.

Brivo linked access control events to recorded video in a single interface, letting DocuSign monitor behavior, receive alerts for forced or held doors, download clips, and remotely control doors across all locations. The Brivo solution reduced operational inefficiencies, sped deployments without rewiring doors, improved audit trails and historical searches, and enabled faster issue resolution via Brivo support — including real cases where teams monitored a suspicious individual and documented an in-progress theft.
