Compuquip Cybersecurity, a Miami-based, family-owned cybersecurity firm since 1980, needed better operational visibility and more efficient reporting. The team was burdened by manual order processing and non–real-time reports—pulling data into Excel, converting to PDFs, and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly—while also needing to track engineers, billing, and sales. To address this, they implemented BrightGauge dashboards and reporting, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Harvest, to centralize order processing, time-tracking, invoicing, and sales metrics.
BrightGauge automated Compuquip Cybersecurity’s reporting and provided real-time dashboards, saving roughly 15 minutes per day on the daily report (about 8–10 man-hours per week) and improving data accuracy. The new visibility increased transparency across teams, allowed the company to catch issues in real time and reduce errors, and freed staff to focus on KPIs and customer security—delivering measurable time savings and operational improvements.
