Cards Technology, an IT services provider founded in 2000 that focuses on infrastructure and database management, needed a way to consolidate KPIs and supplement work started in ConnectWise so non-technical staff could see and act on metrics. They turned to BrightGauge and, within 30 minutes, CEO Sam Card had created his first custom dashboard, quickly exposing KPIs across the team and surfacing opportunities for improvement.

BrightGauge delivered custom dashboards, an Advanced account with data mashups, and integrations to ConnectWise, Kaseya, QuickBooks, SmileBack and even Aptora’s Total Office Manager to bridge previously disconnected systems.
