C Space is a Boston-based Customer Agency (market research, consulting and advertising) on a mission to "make business more human." As the company has grown, entrenched routines and an annual performance-review mindset were limiting employees’ ability to adapt, learn, and take ownership of their careers. C Space needed a people-centric learning culture that organized scattered training content, empowered managers to coach effectively, and made development a shared responsibility across the business.
To address this, the People & Operations team rolled out Bridge to centralize learning, connect training to competencies and career paths, and enable ongoing manager–employee development conversations supported by coaching. The platform has improved access to learning, helped tie skills to clear growth pathways, increased the frequency and quality of feedback, and set the stage for stronger engagement, retention and a competitive talent advantage.
