Temple University’s Learning and Development team needed to support a highly diverse workforce and meet institution-wide compliance while working with limited resources and a cumbersome legacy LMS. Content creation and distribution were labor-intensive, visibility into completion rates was poor, and managers lacked easy tools to monitor and team development—making it hard to scale proactive skill-building without disrupting the university’s employee-first culture.
