The Delta Companies, a Dallas-based healthcare staffing and recruiting firm, faced a common training problem: onboarding and compliance programs were generic, manual, resource-intensive, and hard to scale as the organization grew. The change drove strong adoption and outcomes: 4,298 enrollments and 4,033 completions in 19 months, 94% completion for required courses all-time (96% in the past 90 days), and a 96% completion rate for in-app courses — enabling streamlined training, better retention, and room to expand learning pathways.
