Gonzaba Medical Group, a Texas-based medical corporation with more than 700 employees, needed a more flexible way to strengthen communication and increase engagement across diverse roles. Trialed platforms were too one-size-fits-all, so the organization sought a solution that could support more frequent, relevant manager–employee interactions and tailored feedback.

Since 2019 Gonzaba has used Bridge’s performance, learning and engagement tools to introduce monthly one-to-ones, quarterly reviews, customizable engagement surveys and company-wide training focused on appreciation. The results include record engagement (84/100), managers’ engagement scores moving from the 50s/60s into the 80s/90s, 15 leaders scoring 90+, 64% participation, and a 10% rise in appreciation in one year.
