A Bridge Case Study
Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA), the peak body representing over 1,100 agencies and the majority of WA real estate agents, set out to modernize its employee experience by shifting from passive, task-driven reviews to a goal-oriented, future-ready development model. The People & Culture team, led by Amanda Hardwick, needed a single, flexible platform to centralize performance reviews, learning and development, and to provide transparent alignment between individual, team and organisational goals without an over‑engineered system.
REIWA implemented the Bridge Employee Development platform, pairing a simple, flexible review framework with LinkedIn Learning and microlearning content to give employees on-demand access to thousands of courses. Early results include streamlined manager–employee conversations, reduced manual overhead, captured and aligned team goals, and emerging data-driven insights to guide people strategy — laying the groundwork for stronger adoption, a culture of growth, and future-ready skills across the organisation.
