Case Study: Illinois Principals Association achieves centralized professional learning, improved school leadership, and higher course completions with Bridge

A Bridge Case Study

Preview of the Illinois Principals Association Case Study

How Illinois Principals Association leverages Bridge to centralize learning, improve the standard of school leadership and teaching, and increase course completions

Illinois Principals Association (IPA), through its Ed Leaders Network (ELN), needed an affordable, reliable way to consolidate multimedia professional development for principals and educators, protect video content, enable self-paced microlearning, and let users track certificates and hours — all while operating with a small tech team and tight margins.

IPA implemented Bridge LMS to centralize courses, deliver Vimeo-hosted videos securely, and provide bite-sized, one-login learning that fits educators’ schedules. Since adopting Bridge (2017/2018) users grew from ~5,000 to nearly 110,000, the catalog expanded to 145 courses, completions rose to 154,705 in 2020 and 163,789 in the first half of 2022, and the teacher-evaluation administrator academy achieved a 98% pass rate with high user satisfaction and minimal support needs.
