Case Study: Ed Leaders Network (ELN) achieves scalable, on-demand professional development and improved certification tracking with Bridge

A Bridge Case Study

Preview of the Ed Leaders Network (ELN) Case Study

Facilitating Practical, On-Demand Professional Development for Educators

Ed Leaders Network (ELN) is a K–12 professional development nonprofit that delivers on-demand courses, micro-credentials, and administrator academies to educators across Illinois and beyond. Facing an outdated LMS and the growing burden of mandated annual trainings, ELN needed a user-friendly, scalable system that would give educators clear visibility into certifications, allow principals to assign targeted content, and provide robust reporting for multiple institutions.

ELN adopted the Bridge Employee Development platform to centralize content, enable SSO and manager roles, automate tracking and reporting, and issue digital badges via Credly. The result was faster course creation and distribution, stronger engagement and retention, and measurable impact — a 29% increase in course completions year over year (101,167 to 130,877) along with thousands of learners, hundreds of courses, and tens of thousands of learning hours logged.
