A Bridge Case Study

Cultivating Future-Ready Educational Programs

Food Armor, a Madison-based nonprofit founded in 2010 that provides antimicrobial stewardship education and accreditation for food animal veterinarians and farmers, needed to pivot its decade of in-person training to a future-ready online model. To broaden reach and improve antibiotic stewardship across agriculture, the organization faced the challenge of translating hands-on, practitioner-focused content into engaging, learner-centric digital courses without losing relevance or retention.

Partnering with Bridge Employee Development and Construct, Food Armor developed a learner-first online program with dedicated project management, subject-matter experts, instructional designers, and media specialists—producing over 80 minutes of video, 24 minutes of motion graphics, and migrating legacy content in 70 days. The result is a scalable, editable platform that improves access and engagement nationwide, supports certification and assessment tracking, and lets the organization better measure completion and impact while freeing staff to focus on strategic growth.
